What Centralate does
We are a property rental agency in Warsaw. We find offices for companies, from a small private office to a full floor in an office building, plus serviced offices and coworking. We find apartments to live in: studios, flats in new developments and in pre-war townhouses. And we help owners let their apartment or office.
We cover all of Warsaw and the surrounding towns within about 30 km: Piaseczno, Pruszków, Łomianki, Marki, Ząbki, Konstancin-Jeziorna and others.

How we check a listing is still available
Warsaw listings often stay online long after the property is let. So before we send a shortlist, we check with the owner or whoever is letting the property that it is still available and the terms have not changed. You do not waste time calling about listings that are already gone.
