Privacy policy

The controller is Centralate, a property rental agency in Warsaw. For any question about your data, email contact@centralate.com.

From the request form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, what you are looking for, an optional comment (district, budget, dates) and your answer to “How did you find us?”. With the request we store the page language and address, and campaign tags (UTM) if you came from an ad link.

Technical data (IP address, browser type) is processed by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.

To answer your request and find properties: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the site from spam and attacks: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and ad tags: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cloudflare: website hosting and form processing.

Telegram: the request is delivered to an agency employee in the messenger.

Email provider: backup delivery of the request by email.

Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram): only if you accept analytics and advertising.

Some of these companies process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Requests: up to 12 months if no contract follows. If a contract is signed: as long as the law requires.

Necessary: we remember your consent choice and the site language (in your browser’s storage).

Analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only after you click “Accept”. If you reject, they are not loaded.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email contact@centralate.com.

You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
